*Terms and Agreements for April 2012 Retreat: “The Ultimate Powerful Woman’s Retreat” (UPWR) registration is complete once we receive full payment and is based upon space availability. UPWR is payable by check or credit/debit card. Registrant will be responsible for any fees associated with returned checks. HST will be added to UPWR prices listed below. Complete payment is due by the following dates: Early Bird Special $500 CAD deposit due by Jan 15th, balance due by Feb 15th, 2012, Retreat Special $650 CAD effective January 16th and due by March 15th, 2012, Regular Price $795 CAD effective March 16th and due by April 15th, 2012. We also reserve the right to offer “Event Special” retreat prices with cost and payment due dates to be determined. UPWR payments are non-refundable. Accommodations are in shared rooms on site.
